Bachem AG received a completely new HR-IT landscape. HR and employees benefit from modern recruiting, professional master data management and employee-friendly workflow & ticketing.
Bachem wanted to update its entire HR IT landscape with innovative solutions. After strategic preparations we were able to start together.
At Bachem, the preconfigured best practices of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Payroll were implemented in the first phase. In addition, the solutions employment reference swiss+ and UKG HR Service Delivery were introduced. These solutions enable modern document management with an innovative ticketing system and simple workflows. The extensive project started in June 2018 and was successfully completed on 1.1.2019, including the connection of peripheral systems via 18 interfaces.
The project team was extremely motivated and committed right from the start. Bachem is now working with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Recruiting and UKG HR Service Delivery in the languages DE, EN and FR for recruitment, master data administration and workflows&ticketing as well as document builder at all locations (CH, DE, USA, UK). In Switzerland, SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll and employer's reference Swiss+ are also used to create job references.
