The protection of your privacy is important to us. We rely on a transparent handling of your data. In the following, we show you which personal data is stored when using this website and how the data is handled. We also show you how you can opt out of the third-party services we use.

Scope

This privacy statement applies to all pages in the hr-campus.ch domain. References and links to third-party websites are outside the scope of responsibility of HR Campus. Access and use of such websites occurs entirely at the user’s own risk.

Personal data

Personal data is all data related to a specific or identifiable person. This includes information such as their name, address, phone number and email. Individuals and legal entities whose data are processed are affected.

Data that we store

Among other things, the following data is stored when you visit our website:

  • Name of the website retrieved
  • Date and time of retrieval
  • Quantity of data transferred
  • Notification of successful retrieval
  • Browser type and version
  • Operating system
  • Referrer URL (previously visited site)

We use this data only for statistical evaluations for the purpose of operating the website.

We use Google Remarketing to display banners and text ads in a targeted manner tailored to the needs of users.

Your email address as entered upon subscribing for the newsletter will be used to send you information about our services. You can object to this use by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the email.

We use Odoo as our market automation platform. Upon subscribing to our newsletter, you are consenting to the data you have entered being transferred. Right to Information

Any data subject impacted by the processing of personal data has the right to receive from HR Campus AG information about personal data concerning them and to receive a copy of this information free of charge. Furthermore, the following information may also be granted:

  • Purposes of processing;
  • Categories of personal data being processed;
  • The recipients to whom personal data has been or will be disclosed;
  • If possible, the intended duration for which personal data will be stored or, if this is not possible, the criteria for establishing this duration;
  • The existence of a right to the correction or deletion of personal data concerning them or to the restriction of processing by the controller or a right to object to this processing;
  • The existence of a right to complain to a supervisory authority;
  • If the personal data is not collected from the data subject: all available information about the data’s origin.

Furthermore, the data subject has the right to know whether personal data is transferred to a third country or an international organisation. If this is the case, the data subject also has the right to information about suitable guarantees regarding this transfer.

Right to Deletion

Any data subject impacted by the processing of personal data has the right to ask the controller to immediately delete their personal data insofar as one of the following reasons applies and insofar as processing is not mandatory:

  • The personal data was collected or otherwise processed for purposes that no longer require it.
  • The data subject revokes the consent upon which the processing is based and there are no other legal grounds for the processing.
  • The data subject objects to the processing on grounds relating to their specific situation and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing, or the data subject objects to the processing in the case of direct advertising and related profiling.
  • The personal data was processed unlawfully.
  • The deletion of personal data is required to fulfil a legal obligation under EU law or the law of the member state to which the controller is subject.
  • The personal data was collected in relation to information society services offered to a child directly.

Insofar as one of the above reasons applies and you would like to have personal data stored by HR Campus AG deleted, you can contact our data protection agent at any time. The HR Campus AG data protection agent will ensure that the data is deleted without delay.
