  • Standard reports are available for the further processing of salary data.

 

The approval workflow runs through all relevant instances of the salary review and guarantees data protection.

 

  • A budget overview is available that is updated in real time in the event of salary adjustments during the salary review.
  • The budget overview can include various budget categories, such as annual salary increases, one-off payments, promotions and cost-of-living adjustments.

 

HR Business Partners and/or members of the Executive Board have an insight into all persons relevant to them and the associated budget during the salary review thanks to the Executive Review view.
