At BKW we were able to use the SuccessFactors solution to revise and digitise the entire HR processes. A successful project!
In Human Resources, the company pursues the strategy of “one suite for all”. As part of a new SAP strategy, a wide range of HR processes have been optimized and digitised through a revision of the HCM system.
In the first phase of the project, the Performance & Goals, LMS (Learning Management System) and Recruiting modules were introduced. These foundation stones allow the HR team to identify the best candidates with a modern candidate-management tool. New and existing employees can be supplied with the training sessions and content via the learning platform. In addition, a modern, system-supported annual discussion can be held at the end of the year.
After the tool was well received the employees and the line, the BKW is also counting on SuccessFactors for the further expansion of the HR modules. The “Succession & Development” module for strategic employee development and succession planning followed, as did the “Compensation” solution for salary planning. The strong synergies between the modules, of which there are now five, can be optimally used. Examples of these synergies exist between the annual discussion and succession planning, and between succession planning and training management. HR Campus is pleased to have the privilege of also supporting the BKW Group in the future in the strategic development of its digital HR suite.
