Swissport has put another SuccessFactors suite module into operation by introducing the new recruiting solution in central and eastern Europe.

Background

Swissport’s aim in central and eastern Europe is to unify the range of HR tools not just across countries but also in terms of products. Up to now, there have been Swissport sites using no recruiting tools, and departments sharing offices but using different tools without using synergy.

Solution

Two years after the introduction of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, we have activated the next module. We have been able to use SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting live in four countries (Switzerland, Germany, France and Cyprus) since the beginning of the year.

Project

We did a huge amount within an extremely short time. The recruiting solution’s phased roll-out into different countries has shown that we can profit from previous experience in previous countries. The main success factors were double project management by Swissport and HR Campus as well as very good collaboration within the project team, which was distributed across multiple stations.
