Background

Greiner Packaging Switzerland is a division of the 19 sites. Due to the proximity of the border, project had to take into account the legal aspects of a digital personnel file for Switzerland and also for Austria. Greiner Packaging has been using an SAP solution from HR Campus AG for several years, and completed the HR management portfolio with the digital personnel file from HR Campus.

The digital file laid the foundation for modern employee management. The connection to SAP HRM enabled a comprehensive solution to be implemented for Greiner Packaging AG. Supervisors can access their employees directly and reach decisions quickly without going through HR.
