SAP Fiori

SAP Fiori is a lean, user-oriented interface for SAP applications. Fiori apps are tailored to the user, intuitive in operation and offer a user experience modelled on private user experiences. This makes your employees’ daily work easier and improves efficiency. Costs can also be saved, because training is not needed and no in-depth knowledge of SAP is required. SAP Fiori is also based on the latest technology and can therefore be displayed on a variety of devices and designed in your preferred systems environment.

SAP Fiori Launchpad - the central access point

The SAP Launchpad is the central, web-based entry point for all Fiori apps. This launchpad can be individually adapted to users’ needs by groupings, changes in sequence or by removing tiles or cards. Thanks to role-based access rights, employees receive on their particular device a coherent presentation of the data that is relevant to them and can therefore work more efficiently.

SAP Fiori Time Management: successful customer projects

The following are examples of apps that we have implemented successfully in Time Management for our customers:

  • My Team Calendar
    displays a weekly and monthly overview of all applicable public holidays and of when peers will be present or absent. Managers also have an overview including their direct reports.  
     
  • My Time Events
    This is an easy way to record and correct time events and to gain an overview of all stamps with their status in a time event list. 
     
  • My Leave Requests
    Attendances and leave requests can be created and submitted here. Managers can approve or reject them in the My Inbox app. 
     
  • My Time Statements
    You can display your time statements here and save them as PDFs, containing work hours planned, hours worked and absence hours, for example.  
     
  • My Paystubs
    Employees can display or print their paystubs. They therefore always have an overview of their wage accounting.  
     
  • My Forms
    In the new “My Forms” app, different forms can be integrated, such as time statement and remuneration statement. 
     
  • My Inbox
    Managers approve their employees’ requests here and can also reject them with a comment. 
     
  • Deputy option
    With this app, a manager can authorise other users to approve applications as his/her deputy.
     
  • On behalf
    This function allows managers to carry out different services in the name of a direct report. For example, a leave request can be created in On behalf mode. 
     
  • My Team
    In the new “My Team” app, managers get an overview of their team and can download various pieces of organisational data as well as information about talent, compensation etc. 
     
  • My Reporting
    In the new “My Reporting” app, standard and customer-specific reports can be integrated. Selections, filters, Excel downloads and search functions are also possible.
