Modern payslips made easy
Today’s demands on document designs and system landscapes are high, and meeting these requirements often costs a lot of time and money. Thanks to Payslip 3.0 from SAP, the payslip form can now have a shiny modern aesthetic, and with little effort.
The Payslip 3.0 starter product offers a predefined payroll form that meets the usual requirements in Switzerland. HR Campus extensions also make it easy to make company-specific adjustments to the form. Additional information, such as the cost centre, additional bank details or sender details can be added with ease, for example. Furthermore, personal or general messages and information can be defined in infotype 128 (notifications). From now on, zero-value payslips are ruled out and the individual adjustment of graphical logos and customer-specific fonts allow a clear and modern presentation of the payroll.
The minimum release required is ERP 6 with EHP 5 and an SAP Adobe Document Server (ADS Print Server).
