At the Liechtensteinische Landesbank, we had the privilege of modernizing their HR processes. The administration was digitalized and centralized, from onboarding through goal setting to performance appraisal and potential assessment.
The Liechtensteinische Landesbank was looking for a solution for recreating various HR processes in a digital environment. In addition to a user-friendly interface for employees and managers, the simplification of administration for HR was a primary goal of the “HR Digitalization Stage II” project.
The Liechtensteinische Landesbank decided to recreate existing HR processes and develop new ones digitally using various SuccessFactors modules. Using various performance-management processes – from onboarding through goal setting to performance appraisal and potential assessment including calibration – a solution with SuccessFactors was found that made central administration possible. With further modules, such as the Learning-Management System and Succession & Career Development, the Liechtensteinische Landesbank takes the arc of the employee life cycle another large step forward. The addition of the SAP JAM module also gives employees, managers and HR administrators a platform for social learning. It is an integrated and sophisticated solution that provides an efficient environment for transparent processes by central administration and collaborative exchange.
Due to its firm commitment, the project team was able to adapt quickly to the new digital environment and the implementation with great élan! The processes developed will be rolled out and go live globally.
