As every year, the HR industry gathered at the Personal Swiss trade fair in Oerlikon in April 2018. This year's theme was Digitalisation and Health at Work and we were right in the middle of it. 4,193 visitors were inspired by HR Campus and our clever and forward-looking HR solutions, among other things - a complete success!
What moves the HR World in 2018
As in previous years, the variety of topics at the trade fair reflected the multifaceted nature of the Industry. There was a particular focus on the digitalisation of HR and Corporate Health Management (CHM). On the health trail, visitors were able to learn a lot about their own mental and physical health. A number of presentations and inputs were also dedicated to the question of what companies are doing to look after their employees. Ultimately, we should not lose sight of people amidst all the digitalisation, and this will continue to be a task for HR. Nevertheless, artificial intelligence and other technological achievements will increasingly accompany us in the future and transform work in HR, which some exhibitors already provided a foretaste of.
The HR Campus at Personal Swiss
The HR Campus has been an integral part of the trade fair for 10 years. This year, the exhibition stand shone in a new guise: following the rebranding in 2017, the appearance at Personal Swiss now also looked fresh and modern - in line with the corporate philosophy. Visitors were also able to enjoy our new look: There were key rings in a cool new design for everyone at HR Campus.
This year, HR Campus was not only represented with a stand: Claudia Broghammer gave a presentation together with Marc Vontobel on HR Cosmos and how artificial intelligence is connecting the entire HR industry. The stand and presentation proved very popular. Another highlight was the Tesla, which used the HR Cosmos logo to publicise the HR knowledge platform to visitors!
Our CEO Marek Dutkiewicz was also enthusiastic: "We have had good experiences here for 10 years now. Personal Swiss is always perfectly organised and I would recommend every HR Heads to come!"
