HR Campus is undoubtedly one of the best employers in Europe
HR Campus was rated as an employer in two different publications. In a ranking by Handelszeitung based on the results of Kununu, HR Campus achieved first place and can proudly call itself the best Swiss employer in 2017. HR Campus also achieved 13th place among medium-sized companies in the DACH Area in a study by Focus-Business and Kununu.
HR Campus advertises with the slogan Happy Employee, Happy Company. This obviously applies not only to its numerous HR customers, but also to its own company. The theory that only happy employees make a company successful is also reflected in the success of the rapidly growing company.

Companies of all sizes that received more than 15 ratings in the period under review were included in the company ranking. In total, this concerns 14098 evaluations. The evaluation period covers one year from 27 November 2016 to 27 November 2017.
HR Campus is rated so positively by employees in particular because of the following criteria: Working atmosphere, colleague cohesion, supervisor behaviour, employee development, culture of trust, dealing with older colleagues and working conditions. But our employees also note benefits such as flexible working hours, the option to work from home and good transport links.

For the first time, Focus Business presents the best medium-sized employers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. For the study, data experts analysed more than 324,000 employee assessments of 13,000 companies with up to 500 employees.
According to Focus Business, the top 50 companies impress with their exceptional corporate philosophies and leadership skills. Their success can also be attributed to reasons such as a good working atmosphere, comprehensive healthcare provision, flexible working time models and excellent career opportunities.
