The Oase Group operates throughout Switzerland and offers modern living and care concepts for older people at over 8 locations in German-speaking Switzerland. In 2020, the company found itself in a phase of profound change. At the same time, there was a growing need for clearly structured processes and flexible support to enable employees to work smoothly even in these challenging times. It also became apparent that the existing salary processing system no longer met the requirements, which is why the company was increasingly looking for a more suitable solution.

The internal teams were already doing a great job, but were reaching their capacity limits at times, especially when it came to time-critical or specialised tasks. The company decided to work with the Admin Business Service from HR Campus in order to continue to ensure a high quality of service for employees and managers and to provide targeted relief. This decision opened up new scope for strategic HR tasks and ensured noticeable efficiency in day-to-day operations.

Since May 2020, Oase has been using the comprehensive Admin Business Service on SwissSalary from HR Campus - a solution that goes far beyond traditional administration. From onboarding and offboarding to salary and time adjustments or social security data, all processes are managed reliably and professionally by the contact person at HR Campus.

Initially, each location worked on its own client, which made internal coordination and payroll processing more difficult. HR Campus recognised the potential for optimisation and merged all locations into a single client. This step made administration considerably easier and increased the efficiency of the processes.

Oase and HR Campus have enjoyed a close and trusting partnership since the beginning. The organisation has experienced impressive growth since then. From around 250 to almost 400 employees - and the journey is far from over.
