The first day at HR Campus

Every new Campus member starts their first day at work with a walk. This ritual has been an integral part of onboarding at HR Campus for years. While the new Campus members used to walk over the Schlussberg at Founding location Madetswil , since 2020 they have been going to the Biberbau at Chriesbach in Dübendorf.

For one new employee or another, this made the start of their first day at work a bit of an adventure. Understandably, the new recruits dressed up for their first day at work and put on their most stylish outfits. As the tradition of going for a walk has never been broken due to the weather - wind, rain or cold temperatures - it has always been the case that new employees have had to battle through the weather in high heels, smart dress shoes and elegant outfits. Sometimes it's not a walk in the park to get started...

For some time now, we have therefore started to warn our new campus employees in advance. And if necessary, our bright yellow campus umbrellas protect the walking group. But no matter what the (dog) weather was like, two of them have enjoyed every walk for many years. Marek's two golden retrievers (first Boris and later Hanny) accompanied many of the first working days of the Campus students.
