At HR Campus, unconventional and bold ideas have always fuelled our creativity. That's why we like to get to know applicants from the very first meeting and test whether they share our fresh corporate spirit.
An example of this: Founder Marek had a full diary. Between meetings, he had a doctor's appointment on the agenda. Without further ado, he decided to conduct the upcoming job interview on the way to the doctor's appointment. No sooner said than done - the applicant showed impressive adaptability and told Marek in the car and in the doctor's waiting room about her professional career and her goals in life. Marek was convinced and we still count Simone Amstutz as part of the HR Campus family today.
