The HR Campus Ski Weekend enjoys legendary status: we explain how it came about.
"Why don't we have a ski weekend yet?" was the question that the three HR Campus members Simone, Dani and Martina asked themselves while celebrating together in the summer of 2010. They took this crazy idea seriously and the following winter, a group of Campus members and their families travelled to Davos for the first time for a winter weekend together - the HR Campus ski weekend was born.
Joint adventures that are very popular
Back in the office, their stories - about cosy dinners with meat on a hot stone, exuberant après-ski with Röteli and friendly rivalries on the ski slopes - made big waves. So it's no wonder that the group travelling to the HR Campus Ski Weekend has grown year on year. In 2023, more than 50 Campus members spent a weekend together in Engelberg on the ski slopes with winter hiking, in the spa or partying in the mountain hut.
Well-deserved time out in the mountains
In addition to team building and lots of fun, the ski weekend also serves as a symbolic end to the most labour-intensive months at HR Campus. With the help of the mountain sun, we recharge our batteries and celebrate our joint successes. Just as it should be and according to our motto: Happy Employee, Happy Company!
