Whirlwind and sales genius with heart

Starting as the first intern in the history of HR Campus, Martina worked her way up to become the contact person for new topics and innovative technologies. "No wonder," says HR Campus CEO Moritz Marti to this day: "She is clever, courageous and her sales gene is unique. Wherever Martina appears, there's a buzz. Her Energy is contagious."

The right person for the job

Partners with Umantis was a clear fit for Martina. The start-up from St. Gallen set itself the goal of revolutionising applicant management. Martina shared the company's young, innovative and wild spirit. "Umantis hit the ground running and Martina embodied one of our most important and inspiring Partners," says Moritz.

At the centre of the wild bunch

About Us Martina nurtured the Partners at Umantis with her reliable and structured way of working. This also included the annual Partner Days in St. Gallen: "It was a wild bunch," Moritz recalls. We went from a huge tavolata to dancing in the club. "No matter where - Martina was always in the centre of the action."

Time for a change of scenery

Over the years, the bundle of energy's private life changed: the wedding was followed by a pregnancy and Martina took a step back. After maternity leave, she joined the Umantis Team on a part-time basis, and four years later it was time for a change of department. Today she is part of the Sales Team: "Thanks to her extensive product knowledge, we can deploy Martina everywhere," says Moritz: "What a stroke of luck for HR Campus!".
