How co-founder Hendrik's cow once moved a 10-person steering committee.
It was a story fit for a film: The company's 10-strong steering committee is gathered in the meeting room of an important HR Campus Customer, eagerly awaiting the presentation of the new Payroll strategy. Only co-founder Hendrik Friesecke - the man in charge of the project and therefore the man of the hour - is waiting. With increasing nervousness, Marek asks his colleague where he is. After a few attempts, Hendrik comes forward with a story that is too good to be a white lie:
One of the hobby farmer's cows has escaped and strayed onto the motorway. He could only drive to the appointment once he had caught her again.
Those present in the meeting room were amused by the story and Marek was fortunately able to use his counselling skills to arrange a new appointment - where the strategy was presented without incident.
