Depending on the customer and the level of digitalisation, remote work is possible. We discuss the situation and possibilities with the customer when we receive the enquiry.

Interim business requires a certain amount of travelling. We will assess your requirements and only discuss mandates that are relevant to you.

You will receive a framework agreement from us with your first assignment. This governs the general cooperation with HR People, an area of expertise of HR Campus. In addition, we draw up a specific individual contract for each assignment.

Yes, definitely. It's best to ask us personally about the individual options so that we can find a suitable assignment together.

We offer the option of project or service contracts as well as temporary employment / staff leasing. Which option is chosen depends on your needs and the customer's requirements.

You record your hours, which we then invoice to the customer. On this basis, we pay you the hours at the beginning of the following month. HR Campus is currently Swissdec-certified.

Due to our HR consulting business, we have focussed on data protection from the very beginning and implemented it in accordance with legal requirements. Only selected persons have access to personal data - and this data is only passed on to potential customers after consultation with the person concerned.

You benefit in two ways - professionally and personally. We invite people from the community on specific topics. We also organise social events specifically for HR People. As a member of our community, we will always keep you up to date on our events.

HR Campus has successfully undergone a sustainability assessment by EcoVadis and is above the industry average in all areas analysed. Nevertheless, we are determined to continue to develop and reach new heights together.

Based on the Customer's briefing, we evaluate the right HR specialist. It is important to us that you meet the customer's requirements both professionally and personally. We also always liaise with you before we introduce you to the Customer.

Only then do we send an offer with your profile. If the Customer agrees, we get to know each other and discuss the final details for your start.
