These often go through a long process – from recording to payment. Recording and accounting for expenses takes up a lot of employees' time and therefore costs money.

Solution
With the introduction of Edi, LEDVANCE can make the expense report process more intelligent. Thanks to the integrated artificial intelligence, Edi recognises and records expense receipts automatically. This saves users valuable time. Thanks to the realised project and the connection to LEDVANCE's financial system, they can now efficiently settle expenses and pay them out on time. Thanks to the integrated analytics function, all users and the finance department have an overview of the expenses incurred and can therefore manage them better.
Project
