Right from the start, the intelligent Edi expense solution impressed with its intuitive operation, smart credit card integration and automated workflows that noticeably simplified the process. Switzerland and Germany went live in just six months - including compliance rules, IT security and country-specific requirements such as German per diems. At the same time, Helvetia used the project to optimise processes so that they are future-proof, efficient and firmly anchored in governance.
Results
Today, the expenses process is noticeably simpler. Employees record their expenses on the go in the app, take photos of receipts and Edi Expenses automatically checks compliance with the rules. Approvals can be made flexibly from anywhere, while the finance team is relieved thanks to automated bookings and credit card settlements. Helvetia saves time, reduces errors and retains full transparency.
