What do people need today to be satisfied in their job? HR Campus wanted to find out exactly and commissioned the representative study "Employee satisfaction in Switzerland 2025". The aim was to find out how satisfied employees in Switzerland currently are and what motivates them. Between January and March 2025, over 1,500 working people from Switzerland took part in the online survey. Find out the key findings here.
