Edi can be used by sole traders as well as companies with up to 1,000 employees.

  • Personally identifiable information, transaction data and calculation data is 100% guaranteed secure. Our infrastructure is certified in accordance with safety and data protection standards such as ISO 27001, ISO 27017 and ISO 27018 as well as industry-specific standards such as PCI DSS.

Edi is licensed either based on users or billing. So you only pay for what you use. Choose one of our three packages.

  • The expenses solution can be linked with all standard bookkeeping & banking programmes using the interface standard ISO 20022. Dedicated connections to bookkeeping or the ERP system are also available.

  • Edi can be fully integrated into our Sophie chatbot. So your employees can log their expenses on the go with Sophie the chatbot. Edi and Sophie communicate with each other without issue.
