Giving a Smile Together: HR Campus Supports Little Big Hero

For three years, HR Campus has been supporting the Little Big Hero Foundation and thus also the hospital clowns, who regularly provide unforgettable moments at Zurich Children's Hospital. With their red noses, a great deal of empathy and a large dose of humour, they give children and their families a bit of lightness in an often challenging time.

A laugh that gives strength

The work of the hospital clowns is far more than just fun and entertainment. It provides emotional relief, dispels fears and brings a tangible sense of lightness to the often challenging day-to-day life in hospital. Numerous studies have shown that laughter not only lifts the mood, but also strengthens the immune system, alleviates pain and can have a positive influence on healing processes. It is precisely this smile, which gives hope, that makes the hospital clowns' commitment so unique and is a matter close to HR Campus' heart.

Values that unite

The motivation to put a smile on children's faces unites HR Campus and the Little Big Hero Foundation in a special way. Both believe that humanity, closeness and joy can achieve great things, whether in hospital or in everyday working life.

Christmas campaign with a heart

This solidarity is particularly noticeable at Christmas time: as part of our internal Christmas collection campaign, our employees select gifts every year with great joy and creativity. These are then handed over by the Little Big Hero hospital clowns to children who have to spend Christmas in Zurich or Lucerne Children's Hospital. A small gesture brings a great deal of joy - and a smile that lasts.
