Physiozentrum is in a growth phase and wanted to better understand what motivates its employees in their day-to-day work. With a company-wide employee survey, a structured feedback tool was introduced for the first time - methodically sound, practical and quickly implemented. This created the basis for cultural work and sustainable employer branding.

Initial Situation
Physiozentrum AG continues to develop. Currently 31 locations and more are being added as demand continues to rise. At the same time, it became clear that the employer brand should be strengthened in a targeted manner and the team spirit should be consciously promoted.
Against this background, the desire arose to systematically record employees' perspectives and visualise their needs. As structured feedback tools were previously lacking, it was essential to gain a holistic overview of expectations, priorities and perceptions for the first time - as a basis for employer branding, cultural work and the development of sustainable HR structures.
Solution & Project Approach
With the HR Campus employee survey, Physiozentrum AG introduced a flexible and scalable solution to collect regular feedback without high internal costs. The solution combines a methodical approach with powerful survey software and clear presentation of the results in a user-friendly dashboard. Thanks to tried-and-tested templates, clear structures and the HR Campus framework «Listen – Understand – Act», the project was implemented efficiently and purposefully.
For the first time, all employees across the company were systematically surveyed. Transparent communication fostered trust and led to a high participation rate of 84 per cent. The evaluation showed a very positive overall picture, particularly in the areas of team cohesion and direct leadership. At the same time, specific areas for action were identified, such as administrative regulations, workplace design and work clothing. The first measures were implemented quickly - with a noticeable effect and a positive response.
Outlook
The results now form a central basis for the development of Physiozentrum AG as an employer. They enable targeted measures with a high impact on employee satisfaction and commitment. The project clearly shows that employee feedback is not a nice-to-have, but a strategic lever for sustainable growth.
