In future, Migros' pay round will be fully digitalised and seamlessly integrated into the SuccessFactors modules. This smart networking not only speeds up salary negotiations, but also ensures that all relevant data is available centrally. The result: more efficiency, greater transparency and simplified processes.

Initial situation
Migros is driving forward the modernisation of its processes in several stages with a comprehensive HR digitalisation programme. This project affects almost 100.000 employees. The introduction of the compensation module is a key milestone: in future, pay rounds will be completely digital and seamlessly integrated into the SuccessFactors system. This not only ensures greater efficiency, but also increases the transparency and traceability of salary decisions throughout the entire company.
HR Campus is supporting Migros as a strategic partner in this complex, multi-year transformation project. As part of this collaboration, HR Campus is playing a key role in supporting the initial introduction of the compensation module, which plays a central role in the digitalisation strategy and is now being rolled out across the Group.
Solution
With the successful implementation of the Compensation module, the SuccessFactors Suite was further expanded at the Federation of Migros Cooperatives. The aim was to create a scalable solution that would serve as the basis for future rollouts at other Migros companies. The result is a standardised, efficient solution for the entire group of companies.
The project
A key challenge was to develop a solution that would both fulfil the specific requirements of the Federation of Migros Cooperatives and be flexible enough to be used in other Migros companies. It was also necessary to comply with the strict programme governance standards required for successful implementation.
The success of the first project phase was largely based on the early involvement of various stakeholders from the Migros companies in the design phase. This close collaboration enabled a customised solution that optimally met the needs and expectations of all parties involved.
