Initial situation
Loepfe Brothers is an internationally active manufacturer of quality control systems for the textile industry with headquarters in Switzerland. Efficient and stable HR processes are needed to ensure that the international business runs smoothly. However, the existing HR solutions no longer met the technical requirements or were at the end of their life cycle. The lack of integration of the systems also led to errors, increased administration costs and media disruptions. The company was therefore looking for a modern toolchain without double entry, with a high level of user-friendliness and stable performance.
Solution
HR Campus impressed with a combination perfectly tailored to HR for SME: Edi - Expense Intelligence for expense management, UKG for document management and SwissSalary for Payroll including outsourcing to HR Campus. The project launch in August 2024 was followed by the go-live of Edi in November. UKG and SwissSalary went live in January 2025 - since then, all systems have been integrated and running smoothly. The Edi expense solution not only laid the technical foundations for expense management, but also defined clear processes, roles, guidelines and approvals. UKG replaced the outdated Aconso solution and has since created a centralised digital HR file. As a compact and reliable payroll processing system in the outsourcing model, SwissSalary ensures smooth operations and also serves as the new HR master data system. At the same time, the Services model relieves the burden on HR and frees up time for value-adding tasks.
Results
The introduction of the new solutions has seamlessly linked all HR processes - from recording expenses and managing personnel files to payroll processing. Duplicate entries are a thing of the past, as all master data is maintained centrally and automatically. The three go-lives were on schedule, stable and without any escalations. The intuitive operation and clear processes led to a high level of acceptance in the specialist area and a noticeable simplification of daily work. The partnership-based cooperation with HR Campus was particularly appreciated. This not only enabled us to establish a modern, stable HR system, but also to lay the foundation for Happy Employee, Happy Company in line with the HR Campus claim.
