Canton of Zurich produces fair, high-quality job references using swiss+ employment reference.
The requirements for the new system were high. The previous system was to be replaced by a modern, self-explanatory tool with workflows and qualitative texts. In particular, line managers were to benefit from good functionality and ease of use. Put simply, the new employment-reference tool should be inspiring!
In a short time it has become clear: the introduction of the swiss+ employment-reference product has met all requirements and the tool is inspiring. Thanks to the commitment of all project collaborators to a personal and productive cooperation, it was possible to use the system productively just three months after the first training session.
