Our SuccessFactors–Wepow integration package offers the following services:

  • Several options for accessing the Wepow solution from SuccessFactors
  • Video templates stored in Wepow are listed in SuccessFactors Recruiting
  • In SuccessFactors Recruiting, the interview template can be selected on the job requisition
  • Automated communication with the candidate (invitation to the video interview)
  • The candidate’s interview response can be viewed in Wepow from SuccessFactors

The licences and introductory costs for the mutually independent SuccessFactors and Wepow systems are a prerequisite and not part of the integration of these two systems.
