Speakers

Peter Roth

As a musician and composer, Peter Roth creates resonance through sound. His music comes to him intuitively, and he writes it down though his craft. The result? A connection between people and themselves, others and the ‘big picture’. Find out what his work has to do with HR. How does HR find resonance between employees to understand them and bind them?

Prof. Dr. MBA Omid Aschari

Omid Aschari is the titular professor for Strategic Management at the University of St. Gallen. As a leadership coach, he has been guiding managers and teams through strategic developments and management training for 20 years. Omid Aschari shares his forward-looking food for thought. He uses studies and reports to show how valuable company cultures are and what role HR plays.
