Initial situation

Liechtensteinische Landesbank AG (LLB) is the oldest financial institution in the Principality of Liechtenstein and is one of the leading banks in the Area. With around 1,500 employees, the LLB Group offers a comprehensive range of financial services for private and business clients in Liechtenstein, Switzerland, Austria and Germany.

With growing demands for efficiency and employee development, the LLB recognised that its HR processes needed to be digitised to simplify administration and provide employees with a modern, user-friendly HR environment. The focus was on mapping the entire Employee Journey and optimising all relevant HR processes.

Solution

To meet the challenges, LLB decided in favour of the implementation of several SAP SuccessFactors modules. This solution enabled the digital mapping of all HR processes, including onboarding, objectives, performance reviews and potential assessments. A focus was placed on learning management, which provides employees, managers and the HR team with a platform for learning. The integrated and well-designed SAP SuccessFactors solution promotes dialogue and creates an efficient environment in which transparent processes are guaranteed.

The project

The LLB project team showed great commitment right from the start and was willing to familiarise itself with the new digital environment. The implementation took place in several phases, starting with a comprehensive planning phase and ending with training for the HR team and employees.

In the subsequent projects, LLB worked with HR Campus to introduce additional solutions such as Arbeitszeugnis swiss+, UKG HR Campus Suite and Qualtrics alongside the SAP SuccessFactors modules to further optimise HR processes. These comprehensive digital solutions enabled LLB to modernise its HR landscape and meet the requirements of a growing company.
